How to Schedule Service Online at Volvo Cars of Exeter

At Volvo cars of Exeter, scheduling your next
service appointment is easy. Simply select our ‘schedule service option’
located under the ‘Parts and Service’ tab or at the top of the home page. If you’ve never scheduled a service appointment
online, choose the ‘I’m New Here’ tab to begin. Simply fill in your model, year and click
‘get started.’ Choose your model, vehicle trim, and – if
you know your current mileage – enter that here. Click ‘Next’ and, from this page, you
can note any factory maintenance services that may still be covered by Volvo. Next, choose the individual service and repairs:
select and add the service your vehicle needs. If you’re not sure what is needed, describe
what is going on with your vehicle here. Click ‘Next’ to schedule a service date
and time. No time this week? Click on the ‘next week’ button to look
at additional appointment dates. Then, let us know if you’ll be dropping
off your vehicle, need a shuttle, or are planning to wait in the waiting room by selecting one
of these tabs. Click ‘next’ to see your appointment confirmation
and to enter your contact information. If you have a comment or question, simply
enter it here. Click here if you would like us to contact
you regarding your appointment. Click ‘book it’ and your appointment is
set. In a hurry? Don’t worry. You can still schedule your next appointment. Just select “I’m in a Hurry/‘ Then choose
the appointment time that works for you. Next, click ‘OK – Book It’. Fill in your contact information like before. Click ‘book it’ again and your appointment
is set. If you’ve already used our online service
scheduler in the past and are ready for your next service, select the ‘Log Me In’ option. Enter your registered e-mail address and password. You will have received that information the
first time you used our online schedule service program. This area allows you to schedule your next
service as well as view your vehicle service history. You can even add another vehicle by selecting
the ‘add vehicle’ tab. If you’ve already scheduled your service
appointment, but need to change or cancel it; select ‘Find Me’, enter your confirmation
