I believe that ACV has improved the value of what I get for vehicles. I’m not only selling in my region or my market. You know, I’m selling cars from here in Pennsylvania, I’m selling them in Mississippi, I’m selling them in Florida. They’re going all over the United States. So I think that I get a wider range of views and clicks than I would at a traditional auction local here in Pittsburgh. I got to say our level trust with ACV is pretty high. We’ve had really great success with it. We’ve sold a lot of cars on there. It’s been very hassle free. Everybody all the reps and everybody has been very easy to deal with and I think it’s been a great platform for selling our used cars. I’d rather sell through ACV. The process is simple. I have a rep that comes to me twice a week. All I have to do is literally write down the stock number the miles and what I want out of the vehicle. If it’s going to be a green light red light or if I have a title and he does the rest. All I have to do is sit back and watch the car sell. It’s very exciting to watch. What makes it even more exciting is seeing how many views your cars get online. It’s crazy to watch the last few minutes of the auction. So being in there is exciting. I’ve been selling cars with ACV for a little over a year. I’ve had one car arbitrated and the only reason I knew it was because my rep has told me about it. I never got a phone call from them because we buy the arbitration protection. It’s extremely helpful. My time isn’t consumed by being on the phone or negotiating back and forth because of issues with the vehicle passed the sale. Once ACV sells a car I never hear about it again. When it comes to working with ACV auctions when I first started using them you know I was I was underneath the impression that traditional auctions were always the way to go and then I was I was surprised. I gave them a shot, our percentage went up on what we were selling. My aged inventory and wholesale went down. I think that the process is simple. All you have to do is fill out a little form. The reps come in and do the rest. All you have to do is sit back and watch them sell. I wasn’t sure what to expect when we first started dealing with them. You know it was a newer company it seemed that approached us and it’s been a real pleasure to work with them. In this day and age you know you’re tied to the dealership. You can’t leave. You don’t want to go to the auction or rep cars. You have worry about all that other stuff and here it’s all taken care of. It’s just I can’t tell you how easy it’s been. We’ve been pretty happy with.
