Nejchutnější recept na grilovaná krkovice s Majklovo BBQ omáčka


Today Michael is presenting….. amazing grilled pork neck steak Hi I am Michael and thanx for watching my video! When I finished my studies I got a big grill as a gift I was soooo excited so immediately I wanted to invite all my friends for grilling I wasn´t sure what meat to do… so I decided to grill a good neck steak This meat is lined with fat so it stays juicy while grilling In this video I show you how to make an amazing grilled neck steak and with it we will make American filled potoatoes and we will serve it with my Super Michael Sauce Nr 2 Let´s start! Today we need these ingredients: Here I have neck steak cut into 2cm thick slices Dont make it thinner otherwise it dries out quite fast Normally I marinade this meat 1-2 days in advance for a great taste Today we will marinate it for only 1 hour and that is also good For the marination we need: extra virgin olive oil garlic salt and pepper It is important to grill the neck steak on low heat to keep the meat moist we will baste it with a good beer for the stuffed potatoes I found bigger potatoes Then we need some bacon 2mm thick, not too thin! and last we need some Cheddar cheese On top of the potatoes we will add sour cream with fresh chives For our special Michael sauce we need: extra virgin olive oil creme of balsamico maple syrup or some other syrup soya sauce garlic I take three garlic cloves add a bit of salt and smash it now we add some olive oil mix pepper now we put the marination all over and around the meat Time to prepare the potatoes with a fork I poke some holes into the potatoe rub it with a bit of olive oil cover it with a bit of salt the grill is hot at ca 250 degrees celsius Let´s quickly grill the bacon to make it crunchy, it will take only a couple of minutes after that we put the potatoes onto the grill each side takes about 20-30 min, depending on the size of your potatoes 3 minutes and finished now we put the potatoes now we have time to prepare my super Michael sauce Number TWO here I have 4 cloves of garlic add salt and smash it add olive oil add the creme of balsamico it adds a great sour taste a bit of maple syrup a small spoon of soya sauce let´s try it this is such a great sauce!! perfect for meat! it is a bit sour and a bit sweet BOMBASTIC half an hour passed now I turn the potatoes to grill them for another half an hour now we can also add the steak onto the grill we will grill the meat ca 15 min on each side Dont forget to grill the meat on low heat 15 minutes passed time to turn around the steaks after 30 minutes the potatoes are finished we cut the potatoes in half on top press it from the side to open it up we stuff the potatoe with the bacon that we cut into smaller pieces also we add the cheddar that we cut into smaller pieces we put it back onto the grill for 1 minute so that the cheese melts we take the meat and let it relax under aluminum foil for about 5 minutes Look how great it looks!!! the meat is really tender the dip is amazing and the potatoe is just great Why don´t you try this recipe this weekend? and write me how your steak turned out Next week I am ready for you with another interesting recipe have a great weekend! the meat is sooo tender the sweet and sour dip is great super , amazing let´s check the potatoe The potatoe by itself is a great dish already The cheddar adds a great taste to it the potatoe just falls apart and the bacon is nice and crunchy and the sour cream….. Ještě že jsi na světě díval jsem na horor Hallowen 4 na konec a jak jsem se bál tak jsem se podíval natvoje nejnovější video a úplně jsem se přestal bát ale pořád se trochu bojim ale nic hroznýho jo jsem rád co pro nás děláš ahoj.
