LAURA: SENATE REPUBLICANS SAY IOWA OUTDATED COLLECTIVE BARGAINING LAW NEEDS TO BE OVERHAULED FOR THE GOOD OF TAXPAYERS.>>IT WILL ALLOW THE STATE, CITY GOVERNMENTS, SCHOOL BOARDS TO INNOVATE WITH THE TIM, REWARD THEIR BEST EMPLOYEES, AND MANAGE THEIR FINANC WITHOUT FEAR THAT UNIONS ARE UNELECTED ARBITRATORS WILL STAND IN THE WAY.
