Recording a Zoom meeting is a simple process just select the record icon at the bottom of the Zoom meeting window. Zoom offers two options for recording: recording on this computer will save the file locally on your computer in MP4 format while recording to the cloud will save directly to Zoom’s website. If you do not see an option here, you are likely recording directly to your computer. You can also pause and stop the recording during the Zoom meeting at any time. Once the session ends, there will be a short conversion process where you’ll see the recorded files completed. They will be placed in your documents folder in a folder called Zoom. If you’re having difficulties finding this folder you can always open the Zoom desktop application select Meetings and then Recorded. You will see your recorded files here where you can play video, play audio, open, or delete the recordings.
