PROPOSED COLLECTIVE BARGAINING CHANGES COULD AFFECT STATE EMPLOYEE WAGES, BENEFITS AND BARGAINING RIGHTS, AND MANY TEACHERS SAY THESE CHANGES WILL HURT IOWA’S PUBLIC SCHOOLS.
